Guests
Adult members are permitted to bring a guest to the Spa. A fee of £15 is required per guest for use of the facilities up until closing on that day. Up to 2 guests may be brought to the spa by a member at any one time.

6.30 am – 9 pm Monday to Friday
7 am – 7 pm Saturday and Sunday

- Use of the fitness suite including an induction session with a qualified instructor
- A 10% discount on all spa treatments between Monday & Thursday

Juniors
- Juniors are permitted into Eden between 9am-12pm & 3pm-5.30pm Mon-Sun
- Juniors must be accompanied by an Adult (18+) at all times
- Children between 12-16 are permitted to use the Fitness Suite, but programme must be approved by one of our Personal Trainer and they must be accompanied by an Adult (18+)
- Juniors are not permitted to use the Sauna, Steam Room or Hydro Spa at any time.
